Location: Lagos.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an efficient and results-driven Personal Assistant who will provide comprehensive administrative, organizational, and operational support to a counselor. This role involves managing schedules, facilitating communications, assisting with day-to-day tasks, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of his activities.
Requirements:
• Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
