Job Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Provide immediate care and first aid for work-related injuries and illnesses.
Assess and manage minor health complaints and refer serious conditions to external medical services.
Maintain accurate medical and incident records in accordance with legal and company guidelines.
Monitor employee health trends and collaborate with the safety team to reduce occupational hazards.
Conduct routine health assessments, vision tests, and pre-employment medical screenings.
Support return-to-work programs and monitor employees on modified duties.
Develop and implement workplace wellness and health promotion programs.
Educate employees on health, hygiene, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
Maintain medical supplies and ensure the first aid station is fully equipped and compliant.
Liaise with external healthcare providers and insurance representatives when necessary
Minimum Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current license. Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (preferred).
First Aid and CPR certification (required).
Previous experience in industrial or occupational health settings is required

Understanding of occupational health laws and workplace safety protocols.
