What We’re Looking For

7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or strategic finance

Deep understanding of financial statements and business modeling fundamentals

Proven experience forecasting cash flow, debt structures, and EBITDA performance

Strong storytelling and presentation skills—able to distill complex data for exec and investor audiences

Skilled at working across departments to gather inputs and pressure-test assumptions

Bonus: Experience in a PE-backed business or services/consulting environment

Bonus: Exposure to board reporting, exit planning, or M&A support
