Who We’re Looking For

Are you a recent graduate, current student, or career starter who dreams of working in business consulting? Do you want hands-on experience with real client cases and a chance to learn how market research and business development are done in a fast-growing region?

We are looking for a motivated junior analyst or intern (temporary or part-time to start) who wants to grow in the field of consulting, learn by doing, and assist the CEO and senior consultants with research, client support, and small projects. This is a hybrid position (remote and in-person in Dubai) and a great opportunity to get practical exposure in a boutique consulting environment.

Your Tasks Will Include:

Assisting with incoming client requests (WhatsApp, email) and basic client communication

Helping with client briefings and coordination

Converting drafts into polished proposals using templates (e.g. Canva, Google Docs)

Supporting data collection for market research (desk research, public sources, market databases)

Performing light outreach to companies (emailing, calling for information or quotations)

Organizing documents, reports, and research files

Assisting in finalizing deliverables for clients (presentations, summaries, etc.)

Learning from senior consultants how market research, feasibility studies, and business planning are conducted for companies entering the GCC region

You Are:

A student, graduate, or junior specialist in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field

Curious, responsible, and proactive – someone who takes initiative and enjoys solving problems

Strong in written and spoken English (Arabic or Russian is a plus)

Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Canva

Based in the UAE, ideally Dubai, and able to attend occasional in-person meetings

Genuinely interested in market research, consulting, business development, or strategy
