Role: Relationship Manager (Real Estate - Buy Side)
📍 Location: Pune
Role Overview:
You will drive new client acquisition and generate new business from existing clients in the Real Estate Buy Side space. This includes deal structuring and closure, working closely with sell-side teams to complete transactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate business across Real Estate verticals: Syndication, Land Intermediation, Asset Management, and Strategy Advisory
• Stay updated on Real Estate markets and wholesale funding trends
• Define and align target prospect universe for developer funding and related services
• Identify and source prospects; maintain and execute a target client list
• Manage key accounts for revenue growth and referral generation
• Own the transaction lifecycle from prospecting and sourcing to deal closure and fee recovery
• Lead stakeholder negotiations for mandates, term sheets, and deal finalization
• Support the preparation of pitch books, information memoranda, and financial analysis, including cash flow statements
• Maintain deep industry knowledge, including informal market intelligence
Required Skills & Experience
• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in Real Estate financing with Banks, NBFCs, AIFs, or SME/Midmarket banking/NBFC sectors
• Management qualification from Category A institutes preferred
• Strong networking, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to independently manage negotiations and multi-stakeholder interactions
• Experience in a fast-paced, competitive environment with a strong growth mindset
• Multitasking ability and willingness to work independently
• Local language skills (Marathi/Hindi) preferred but not mandatory
