Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Process new policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and on time.
• Respond to broker and customer inquiries, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Generate basic reports and assist with reconciliations.
• Prepare and manage insurance documentation and correspondence.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
• At least 3 years' experience in AU General insurance
• Experience in handling multiple non-life insurance lines
• Proficient with any insurance software but experience with Winbeat and OfficeTech is highly preferred
