About the job
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to the HR Supervisor and Admin Officer
To source job applicants from our available recruitment channels
Invite and schedule job applicants for on-site or virtual initial interview
Conduct job applicant interview
Provide pre-employment requirement instructions to qualified candidates
Create 201 file received pre-employment requirements
Proper filing of documents or provide any clerical work
Reports to: HR Manager
Requirements:
Currently pursuing Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Can start on Mid July or 1st Week of August
Paid, On-site Internship (8hrs a day but working days can be flexible following discussion with HR Manager)
