Position Title: HR Analyst

Location: Makati Commerce Tower, Makati City

Work Setup: Onsite

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Package: 18,000 - 21,000

Job Summary: The HR Analyst will support day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, payroll support, and general administrative tasks. This role helps ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of HR services.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain employee records and HR documents

Support payroll-related tasks

Respond to employee inquiries and concerns

Help coordinate HR activities and events

Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

English Level C1–C2

Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws
