Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain responsive web and/or mobile interfaces for a cryptocurrency application using modern frontend frameworks and libraries.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

Ensure the application is optimised for performance, scalability, and security, with a focus on real-time data (e.g., crypto prices, transactions).

Integrate with backend APIs to enable seamless interaction with blockchain data, wallets, and smart contracts.

Implement secure authentication flows (e.g., OAuth, 2FA, or wallet-based authentication).

Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with proper documentation.

Conduct testing (unit, integration, and UI) to ensure cross-browser compatibility and bug-free functionality.

Stay updated on frontend development trends and cryptocurrency industry standards to propose innovative solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product goals and user needs.

Requirements:

2+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role.

Proven experience building responsive web applications, preferably in fintech, crypto, or related industries.

Experience with real-time data applications (e.g., WebSocket, polling) is a plus.

Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Expertise in modern frontend frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.

Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Vuex, or similar).

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL for backend integration.

Knowledge of Web3 technologies (e.g., Web3.js, Ethers.js) for blockchain interaction is highly desirable.

Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience working with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with mobile app development (e.g., React Native, Flutter) for cross-platform crypto apps.

Knowledge of cryptocurrency concepts (e.g., wallets, private keys, blockchain, DeFi).

Familiarity with security best practices in frontend development, especially for financial applications.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools.
