Roles & Responsibilities
Manage MD’s calendar: schedule meetings, appointments and travel
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of MD
Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
Attend meetings with or on behalf of MD, document minutes, and follow up on deliverables
Coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all business matters
Organize and manage business documents, files, and records
Assist in personal errands and client/customer visits if required
Handle urgent tasks and support MD in daily business operations
Run work-related local errands and attend meetings as per different locations in UAE
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field
5–8 years of experience as Executive Assistant or in a similar role in UAE
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask , work under pressure and flexibility on extended work timing.
High level of discretion and professionalism
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
Preference for candidates with own car
