Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales growth and market expansion.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fish feed industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and sales agreements.
Work closely with the production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
Manage sales targets and budgets to ensure profitability.
Lead, motivate, and develop the commercial team to achieve business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Agriculture, Aquaculture, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in aquaculture, feed, or agribusiness.
Strong understanding of fish feed products and the aquaculture market.
Proven track record in sales growth and business development.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to travel as needed.
