• Maintain documentation and process descriptions to clarify the working of functionality for end users, such as User Manuals and Quick Reference Cards;
• Maintain the book/organizational structure during onboarding of new portfolios;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Affinity with IT and innovation;
• Comfortable in an Agile way of working environment and able to quickly adopt AWOW techniques and tooling in your day-to-day activities;
• Good communication skills with the ability to quickly build relationships with your (international) stakeholders;
• Excellent communication skills in oral and written English.
