Job Description:
Manage the flow of leads from CRM into the operation teams
Follow existing processes and help develop new ones aimed at maximizing database monetization
Gather, validate and document business requirements for leads
Identify opportunities to improve lead consumption and conversion
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations.
Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes to the lead mix.
Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
Deliver actionable business insights including analysis of large and complex datasets
Work closely with Technology team to ensure business processes align with technology solutions.
Participate in some systems analysis design sessions as needed
Desired Skill & Expertise:
A degree in Computer Science or relevant field
Experience in writing Microsoft SQL queries
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
Highly self-motivated and directed
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
Experience in Microsoft dynamics CRM is a plus
Experience in Microsoft Power BI is a plus
Python or R knowledge is a plus
