Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Developing and implementing a small-scale AI PoC (e.g., simple report generation) using available internal datasets or synthetic data. The PoC will illustrate your knowledge of basic AI concepts alongside secure development practices.

Learning and applying secure coding principles, input validation, dependency management, and safe use of AI libraries. Topics may include secure use of open-source packages, privacy-aware data handling, and prevention of common vulnerabilities (e.g., injection, insecure deserialization, etc.).

Exploring potential risks across the AI development pipeline, such as model input manipulation, insecure storage of models or data, and exposure of sensitive information during inference. These risks will be detailed, and simple mitigations will be coordinated into the PoC where applicable.

Delivering a working AI PoC that demonstrates secure design choices (e.g., accurate access controls, validated inputs, logging/auditing). While the PoC is limited in scale, it reflects an understanding of cybersecurity-aware development in AI contexts.

Detailing the project journey, including lessons learned, tools used, key secure development practices applied, and potential areas for future improvement. This serves as both a knowledge artifact and a reflection of your growth.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, including, software engineers, and domain experts, to ensure high-quality labeled data.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.

Strong curiosity about cybersecurity, automation, and software development.

General exposure to Artificial Intelligence concepts, gained through academic projects, thesis research, or practical experience.

Knowledge of Web Development Programming languages e.g. CSS, C#, React JS, HTML5, etc.

Ability to collaborate optimally with others and solve complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Familiarity with cybersecurity framework is a plus.

Experience with web development technologies.

Curiosity about developing solutions using existing tools and technologies.
