Account Officer

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Prepare and review financial statements and reports

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank statements and ledgers

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

Process invoices, payments, and staff reimbursements

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

Liaise with internal departments and external auditors as needed

Education, Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

Professional qualification will be considered a plus.

Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Odoo, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
