3D Visualizer

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating photorealistic 3D renderings and animations of architectural and interior projects. You will collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to visually bring concepts to life and help clients and stakeholders understand proposed designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthrough animations from architectural plans, sketches, or concepts.

Develop realistic textures, lighting, and materials using 3D rendering software.

Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure visuals accurately represent design intent.

Optimize 3D models and rendering files for performance and presentation.

Deliver visuals on time and within project schedules.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, software, and visualization techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.

2+ years of experience as a 3D Visualizer in an architectural/interior design environment.

Proficient in Lumion, V-Ray/, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, D5 Render.

Strong sense of aesthetics, detail orientation, and composition.

Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently or in a team.
