Roles & Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients to understand their bus hire requirements.
Provide detailed information about our electric bus hire services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Assist clients in filling out the online checklist to generate accurate quotations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and availability of buses.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a sales associate or in a similar role in a reputable tour company.
Proven customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
Knowledge of the electric vehicle industry is an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales in a tour/transportation company.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.
Experience in the transportation/ Hospitality industry is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
