Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales and service professionals, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, supervise, and support a team of client-focused professionals to achieve individual and team performance targets

* Design and execute strategic sales initiatives aimed at increasing revenue and expanding client base

* Provide mentorship, training, and regular performance evaluations to build a high-performing team

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently

* Monitor key performance indicators, analyze market trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement

* Foster collaboration across departments to support operational efficiency and client service excellence

*Requirements*

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client-facing role within an Insurance or related industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity

* Bsc/HND in any related field.

* Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth

* Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities

* Proficient in analyzing performance data and market trends to inform strategic decisions

* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Salary: ₦105,000 per month, Commission, HMO, Pool car and other Benefits*
