📍 Location: Jatiuwung – Tangerang

🕒 Duration: 6 months

💼 Department: Human Resources – Recruitment

🔍 Responsibilities:

Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, psychotest, and interview scheduling

Maintain and update applicant tracking data

Support employer branding initiatives and job fair participation

Assist in creating recruitment-related reports and documentation

🎓 Requirements:

Must be an Active Student Majoring in Psychology

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and a fast learner

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Willing to be Placed at JATIUWUNG, TANGERANG [Mon-Fri]
