About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Think creatively to come up with fresh and innovative ideas for content, campaigns, and promotions

2. Use social media skills by working comfortably on platforms like Instagram and YouTube to create short-form content such as reels and stories

3. Capture basic photography and videography by taking good photos or short video clips and editing them simply on a phone

4. Communicate clearly, enthusiastically, and confidently in front of the camera to explain products effectively

5. Observe and stay updated on trending beauty products, routines, hacks, and influencer content

6. Collaborate as a team player who is willing to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment

7. Take initiative and show enthusiasm by being proactive, motivated, and eager to learn and contribute

8. Apply aesthetic sense with an eye for color schemes, styling, and visual appeal to understand what looks good on social media

9. Understand basic product knowledge related to cosmetics, skincare, hair care, and related terminology, even at a beginner level

10. Demonstrate reliability by being dependable, flexible with timings such as for photo shoots, and capable of handling responsibilities
