Minimum Hiring Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field or Equivalent Work Experience(s) - 1-2 Year(s) in a Similar Function and Environment (Project Coordination and Management, Ticket Management, Service Dispatch)
Dispatch and Ticket Management Experience Required, Familiarity with US Geography, Ability to Read and Create Report(s) Focused on Productivity and Efficiency (Help Field Service Manager(s) Make Decision(s) on Where Technician(s) are Needed and Who can Respond to Service Request(s))
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tool(s) Specifically with Microsoft Excel, Strong Organizational and Decision Making Skills (Capable to Make Sound Decision(s) and Should be Able to Communicate Confidently and Clearly on Opportunities Observed), Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Ability to Partner Well with an Offshore POC (Field Service Manager(s) are Based in the US)
