Project Engineer Telecommunication

Job Descriptions

Site acceptance and E2E site monitoring (including survey, MOS, installation,

commissioning, and acceptance)

Implementation progress, quality, problem feedback and handling

Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and technical requirements.

Conduct site surveys to assess feasibility, infrastructure needs, and potential

challenges

Requirements

Open for fresh graduate

Have experience in telecommunication project sites.

Fluent in English (oral and written). Excellent in Mandarin would be a plus.

Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skill

Excellent leadership and managerial skills

Ability to work with teams and collaborate.

Good analytical skills, detail-oriented & strong communication skills to be able to

communicate to different level of counterparts

Understand basic knowledge about Telecommunication;

Proficient at MS word, excel, PPT

Able to work under pressure, business trip, and overtime if needed

Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
