Operational Commercial Specialist - Tecno Indonesia

What you'll be doing

Support day-to-day operations for smartphone sales across offline and online channels.

Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance, stock levels, and promotional activities.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and retail partners to ensure smooth execution of commercial programs.

Analyze sales data and competitor activity to support strategic decisions.

Prepare performance reports and ensure promotional materials are delivered to stores on time.

Manage administrative tasks such as purchase orders, invoices, and retail claim processing.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in smartphones or consumer electronics.

Proficient in Excel and sales reporting tools.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong in communication.
