Eastnat LTD is inviting applications from dynamic and results-driven FMCG-HORECA Sales peopleThe role involves driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the FMCG/Modern Trade and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) sectorsThe successful candidate will ensure the availability and visibility of
our products, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of a Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, and any other related fields.
Proven experience in FMCG or HORECA sales.
Strong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to manage a large portfolio of clients and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Computer literate, able to use applications such as word, excel etc.
Duties & Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients in the FMCG and HORECA markets.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
Ensure product placement and visibility at retail and HORECA outlets.
Conduct regular visits to outlets to check stock levels, negotiate deals, and address customer concerns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsMake and submit periodic reports
