Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in day-to-day business operations and task execution

2. Support cross-functional coordination between departments

3. Maintaining accurate records.

4. Respond to internal and external inquiries

5. Handle administrative duties as required

6. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items

7. Help optimise workflows and suggest process improvements

8. Assist in procurement, inventory tracking, or logistics support

9. Communicate with vendors or service providers

10. Prepare presentations and reports when required

11. Conduct research for benchmarking or vendor evaluation

12. Support compliance and policy adherence

13. Aid in onboarding and training support for new hires or interns

14. Contribute to special projects or operations initiatives

15. Supporting project execution, task tracking, and communication
