Key Result Areas:
Ensure all relevant Bills of Material, Item Master data and Airline Menu data is promptly and accurately entered into the system.
Liaise with the Menu Development Costing Analyst to ensure recipe costs are correct.
Liaise with Customer Support to ensure correct data is used to determine customer prices.
Liaise with Production and Customer Support to correctly manage the change process.
Follow up and co-ordinate with Senior Sous Chef - Planning on Master Data Issues.
Provide guidance and support to his/her team members so as to optimise their personal potential to ensure that the departmental and thus the corporate objectives are met or exceeded.
Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001: 2000 international standards and execute all responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.
