Compliance & Regulatory Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance & Regulatory Specialist to ensure our tech operations adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining trust and transparency as our company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Liaise with regulatory authorities and internal teams.

Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.

Conduct compliance training and audits.

Prepare compliance reports and documentation.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field.

0–2 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs (fintech experience is an added advantage).

Strong understanding of African financial regulations.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

High attention to detail and integrity.
