You'll help create engaging content, respond thoughtfully to customer needs, and foster a positive, collaborative environment that strengthens our brand and builds lasting trust.

What You’ll Do

Customer Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints received through WhatsApp, ensuring every response is rooted in honesty and empathy.

Information Provision: Provide clear, accurate, and comprehensive information about products, services, promotions, and company policies.

Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when needed, showing agility in finding solutions.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products, services, and customer support processes.

Content Creation: Create engaging, shareable content in various formats (text, images, video, multimedia) to inspire and connect with our community, always with an empathetic understanding of their interests.

What You’ll Bring

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, warm, and professional tone.

Deep understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and trends.

Ability to create compelling, shareable content.

Adaptability, flexibility, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment, embodying agility.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and work independently.

Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.).

A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow, demonstrating honesty in your approach.

Fresh graduates or final-year students in Communications or related majors are encouraged to apply.
