Commercial Property Acquisition Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this critical role and support the India team in managing commercial property acquisitions for Amazon's India Network.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to the India team to ensure timely completion of new lease transactions, including renewals, expansions, terminations, and reconfiguration of existing warehouse space.

Your primary objective will be to provide adequate, cost-effective storage/operation space for Amazon on the continent given market conditions, working to challenging deadlines and budgetary requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and office specialization, with significant Real Estate negotiation and transaction management experience.

Requirements:

• Significant Real Estate negotiation and transaction management experience.

• Knowledge of life-cycle of physical assets, including acquisition and disposition of assets and lease administration.

• Ability to develop and manage teams of brokers and consultants.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
