Store Associate

About the internship

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Associate to manage and oversee inventory, stock movement, and store hygiene at Momo Delights. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently through accurate inventory control and timely stock replenishment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Receive, verify, and organize incoming stock (raw materials, packaging)

2. Maintain inventory records and update stock logs in coordination with the kitchen and purchase teams

3. Ensure proper storage and labeling of goods following hygiene and safety standards (FIFO/FEFO)

4. Conduct daily/weekly stock audits and report discrepancies

5. Monitor stock expiry dates and manage wastage efficiently

6. Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for the timely delivery of materials

7. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store area

8. Support kitchen and staff with on-demand inventory requirements

9. Ensure compliance with FSSAI and internal food safety protocols

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 25th Jun'25 and 30th Jul'25

3. are available for duration of 6 months
