Senior Accountant (CPA)

Job Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, or Audit

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required

Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, compliance requirements, and financial reporting standards

Experience with financial reporting and group consolidation under IFPS is a strong advantage

Proficient in bookkeeping, financial analysis, and cash flow management

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

High level of trustworthiness, initiative, flexibility, and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office applicants

Excellent in written and verbal communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management accounts

Generate monthly key financial indicator reports, cash flow forecasts, and site-specific reports

Handle end-to-end bookkeeping, contract management, and general business administration

Maintain accurate and complete financial records, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards

Assist external consultants in preparing and filing local tax requirements including VAT, withholding taxes, income taxes, and government-mandated reports

Ensure that all filing deadlines and compliance obligations are met

Facilitate internal and external audits by providing required documentation and addressing auditor inquiries

Supervise payroll processes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and labor law

Identify and recommend improvements to accounting processes and financial systems for better efficiency and accuracy

Work closely with the holding team and management to provide financial insights and assist in strategic decision-making
