About the internship

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented operations & quality associate (intern) to represent OLL at our vendor partner office, WitBlox. This role requires strong observation, analytical thinking, and communication skills. You will be responsible for quality checks, inventory tracking, and ensuring accurate and timely updates are communicated to the OLL team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Act as an on-ground representative of OLL at the vendor office (WitBlox).

2. Perform quality checks of received study materials and kits.

3. Coordinate with the OLL operations team to report daily progress and quality observations.

4. Track inventory movement and flag any shortages or mismatches.

5. Maintain logs of incoming and outgoing materials with high accuracy.

6. Communicate effectively with the vendor team to ensure alignment and issue resolution.

7. Support administrative tasks and ensure smooth operational flow.

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from Vasai only
