Maintain communication and coordination between divisions and third parties so that work runs smoothly and optimally
Find, select, appoint and review third parties
The company's next plan/work schedule in order to achieve the final goal
Make improvements to all problems that arise in the promotion division
Create & provide reports to superiors comprehensively and periodically
Analyze reports from the digital platforms used or from third parties
Draw conclusions and recommendations for action from the results of the report analysis
Analyze and observe promotional activities from competitors
Plan strategies for the promotion division
Determine the annual budget needed and allocate it to each channel
