Responsibilities:

Monitors and ensures adherence of Branches to set internal controls, policies and procedures; Compliance of branches to all Regulatory and Reportorial Requirements of the Bank, as well as Service Delivery to the Customers by promoting operational efficiency.

Administers control methods and mitigating measures to improve branch operational condition and ensure acceptable banking practices for both Internal and External regulators.

Assist the Department Head in identifying and implementing new processes, and/or implement changes on existing processes to enable optimal services to customers (internal/external).

Assist branches to rectify the lapses noted in preparation for future audit engagement and be able to improve their branch performances.

Acts as Risk Coordinator (RC) for assigned branches.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any Business-related course

At least four to five (4-5) years work related experience

Knowledge of Bank Operations and Controls

Willing to work in Matina, Davao City
