Organize and store both digital and physical records securely.
3. Scheduling & Coordination:
Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements.
4. Correspondence:
Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications.
Draft official letters, memos, and reports
