Noorka Logistics, a prominent logistics and supply chain company based in Dubai, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support its growing operations. This role is essential to ensure the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods within our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will contribute to the smooth running of daily warehouse activities and uphold the high standards of service we deliver to our clients.

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for receiving and organizing stock, labeling and storing goods accurately, preparing orders for dispatch, and maintaining inventory records. You will assist in loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring items are checked for damage and counted correctly. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are crucial in this role, as you will be required to update documentation, handle physical stock movement, and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse environment.

You should have basic knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics procedures, along with the physical ability to lift and move packages of varying weights. Familiarity with inventory management systems and barcoding technology is an advantage. This role also requires teamwork, punctuality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Good communication skills are necessary, as you’ll coordinate with team members, drivers, and supervisors to ensure accurate and timely dispatches.
