About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make cold calls and follow-ups with customers and prospects
2. Handle product, order, and service-related queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
3. Maintain accurate call logs and feedback records
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service
5. Assist with customer complaints, returns, and status updates
6. Create and manage basic reports in Excel
