What Will You Do
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Use job portals, social media, professional networks, and creative sourcing techniques to identify high-potential candidates.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial screenings and guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, and job offers.
Maintain accurate records of candidate information and hiring progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire) and provide data-driven insights to improve processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or related HR roles.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
Willing to commit to a 6-month full-time internship with a full Work From Office (WFO) arrangement in Yogyakarta.
