* Leadership and management skills

* Conflict resolution

* Presentation skills

* Customer service excellence

* Emotional intelligence

* Professionalism and etiquette

* Customize training content and delivery methods to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences (e.g., freshers, experienced professionals, specific industries).

* Facilitate interactive workshops, group activities, role-playing, and discussions.

* Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants.

* Assess training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.

* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills development.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or similar role.

* Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

* Strong understanding of adult learning principles.

* Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners.

* Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

* Flexibility to travel to various training locations as required.

* Relevant certifications in training, HR, or a related field are a plus.
