Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Manager Intern to support our on-site operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about interior design, project coordination, and construction management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing day-to-day activities at interior design project sites

Monitor and document site progress, deliveries, and contractor activities

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

Support the coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers

Attend site meetings and provide daily/weekly reports to the project team

Help maintain project timelines, checklists, and installation schedules

Manage site materials and ensure proper storage and usage

Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and technical teams

Handle basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to the Site Manager

Requirements

Graduate in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Strong interest in site supervision and interior fit-out processes

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Basic understanding of interior finishes and construction terminology

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and site reporting tools
