
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
Maintain store cleanliness and product displays.
Handle transactions and manage POS systems.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
Requirements:
Previous retail or sales experience is required, at least 2-3years.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
Professional skills in sales e.g.-upselling and cross selling.
Exposure to merchandising and display management
Qualifications:
Certificate, Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
2-3 years of retail sales experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in English and basic administrative skills.
