4. Administrative Support: Perform tasks like filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry to support office activities.
5. Customer Service: Provide excellent service, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
6. Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, monitor office supplies, and ensure necessary materials are available.
7. Security and Access Control: Follow safety protocols, manage visitor logs, and issue access badges to maintain office security.
