Production Engineer - UPI

Job description

Join our dynamic IT team to support and manage mission-critical UPI applications in a fast-paced banking environment!

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end production support for UPI applications

Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve incidents with proper RCA

Work with WebLogic, Oracle DB, Linux, and HSM systems

Ensure compliance with regulatory & audit requirements

Handle deployments, code migrations, and maintain app stability

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors

Create documentation, SOPs, and recovery procedures

Monitor production alerts and proactively mitigate risks

✅ Requirements:

Hands-on experience with UPI systems and workflows

Strong skills in SQL, Linux, and application support

Understanding of HSM, WebLogic deployments

Familiarity with compliance and audit processes
