Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee job requisitions in coordination with hiring managers and departmental heads
Facilitate full-cycle recruitment processes including:
Resume screening
Conduct Interview, schedule coordination and execution
Candidate evaluations and job offer negotiation
Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies for sourcing qualified Medical Coders, USRN-licensed professionals, and Allied Health candidates
Conduct candidate assessments and interviews in accordance with client and institutional standards
Extend job offers and coordinate onboarding activities to ensure timely and effective integration of new hires
Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with an active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license
United States Registered Nurse (USRN) licensure is considered an advantage
Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation and professional communication
A minimum of 1–2 years of bedside clinical experience in a hospital setting
At least one year of verifiable experience in healthcare recruitment industry
