Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all open positions listed in the organizational structure and included in the current year’s Manpower Planning are fulfilled in compliance with established rules and budgets set by the HR Division Head
Oversee the execution of learning programs to ensure alignment with objectives, policies, and budget, while delivering impactful learning outcomes
Lead and monitor key Organizational Development initiatives (such as Competency Matrix, Job Evaluation, Job Analysis, Workload Analysis, etc.) to ensure they meet strategic goals and comply with HR guidelines and budgets
Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in People and Organization Development, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
Proven track record in organizational development, talent management, learning development, and recruitment initiatives
Advanced skills in designing and executing competency frameworks, job analysis, and development programs
Strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels
