Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

•5+ years in Pega Decisioning and marketing. Pega PRPC Version 8.x/7.x Development and integration.

•PEGA Certified Senior System Architect, PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant, PEGA Certified System Architect

•Solid experience in PEGA Customer Decision Hub in Telecom industry minimum 3 years.

•Knowledge of integration protocols (REST-JSON, SOAP-XML). Ability to develop integration with other system, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

•Knowledge of Oracle, Cassandra, SQL at developer level and ETL.

•Knowledge of Java, JSP, J2EE, XML, and EJB.

•Ability to implement the rules and build low level design. Experience in implementing Pega Decisioning rules, Strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configuration.

Required Skills&Qualification:

•Development of new/ existing strategies; upgrades and technical improvements

•L3 support when needed, based on agreed SLAs

•Prepare packages and installations

•Find technical improvements and apply best practices

•Improve the technical performance of the application

•Align internally on solutions to be applied

•Make sure that all DB queries are optimized

•Make strategies and campaigns very configurable, as the changes after production installation are frequent and they are performed by a configurators team (not developers)

•Estimate the needed effort for stories and tasks and raise concerns when needed

•Join all the ceremonies and the meetings set in the team
