Job Description
Qualifications:
Graduate of Accounting degree or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years’ experience in accounting (using software) and administration.
In-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office suite, CBS/Ebix (preferred), and Xero or any accounting software.
Knowledge of Australian Accounting – preferred only.
Job Responsibilities:
Working directly under Finance Manager.
Accounts email management.
Processing Payments in CBS and Xero (Sub Agents, Cash Required List (vendors))
Accounts Receivable billing.
Performing AP Close.
Processing journal requests in CBS and Xero.
Reviewing Client (Insured) Dr and Cr allocation in CBS.
Assisting with audit requests during half-year/year-end.
Additional tasks as required by Business.
Acting as backup of Team’s processes.
Creating process documentations for own tasks
