Job Description
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee training programs.
Oversee performance management and appraisal systems.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and maintain up-to-date HR policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR management, preferably om the fashion, retail, or manufacturing sector
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Membership of a professional HR body (e.g., CIPM) is an added advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
