Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end salary and compensation surveys, including benchmarking, data analysis, and reporting.
Design and deliver training and development programs tailored to client needs, from leadership development to employee engagement and performance management.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted HR advisor across multiple sectors.
Lead HR consultancy projects including HR audits, policy development, and organizational restructuring.
Conduct job evaluations and build pay structures in line with market trends and internal equity.
Oversee project teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, client presentations, and participation in pitch meetings.
Stay abreast of labor market trends, HR best practices, and legal changes affecting HR operations.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a consulting environment.
Proven expertise in salary surveys, compensation and benefits, and training program development and delivery.
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development strategies.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and client management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, CHRP) is a plus.
