Grader Operator

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of SSCE/Trade Test Certificate or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years proven experience operating a motor grader in construction or road projects.

Valid operator’s license and certification for heavy equipment operation.

Strong understanding of road grading techniques, slope management, and leveling procedures.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and grade specifications.

Good knowledge of grader maintenance and safety procedures.

Physically fit, alert, and capable of working long hours in demanding environments.

Excellent coordination and attention to detail.
